Hanging 3 curtain poles

Handyman opgave i København Ø

I need a support for hanging of 3 curtain poles in my apartment. I have the curtain poles (please see the photos) and there is relevant items like screws and hangers within the packet. I do not have any technical tools like puncher in the wall or stairs to be used for the process. Please not that all the curtain poles are the same only length of each differs (I bought them from JYSK)
