Below is the scope: 1.Demolish and dispose the current kitchen 2.Need extra electrical power sockets(1-Dishwasher,existing oven and electric stove power socket to be checked and changed,one new power socket for the fridge, and additional new sockets for other appliances) 3.Changing the current sink position to a new position,require new pipes and drain for the tap and also for the dishwasher. 4.Assemble the new IKEA kitchen 5.Need to put new laminate flooring 'klik'type 6.Change all the current switches and power sockets to new ones. 7.New tap and shower fixing for the bathroom. 8.Final cleaning&painting Prefer someone who can take a full contract for the job.
